This role is responsible for developing and executing recruiting strategies to meet our staffing objectives. You will have direct access to leadership and will play a key role in shaping the future of our team.

What you will do

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet our staffing objectives
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals
• Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing, screening, interviewing to offer negotiation
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
• Contribute to the development of our employer brand and growing our team
• Play a key role in shaping the future of Bild's team

Who you are

• 2-4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
• Comfortable making decisions with a sense of urgency, and a proven capability of managing multiple projects at once
• Demonstrated track record of building strong, consultative relationships with senior executives
• Highly skilled in identifying talent, networking and negotiating
• Experience in recruiting for various roles and levels in an organization
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to use data to inform recruiting strategies
